As I am beginning this new adventure, I was a bit confused. I have found that getting myself to a quiet space helps me focus. It seemed like so much stuff to print and read and follow. I am feeling more comfortable at the end of this first week.
Traveling during this first week has been a bit frustrating. This is all new to me and I am determined to get the most out of it that I can. Starting out feeling “behind” was very unsettling. My friend has helped me know what to do next, which has helped alleviate my anxiety about it. Gotta love my Steph!
Being able to re-watch videos has been very helpful.
You know how you get used to the people you are usually talking to? Well, here at MKE they’re adults. They use bigger words, which is both refreshing and making me say “yikes, listen again”. I never realized how simplified my vocabulary has become. Reading is one thing, conversing is another. -insert giggle here-
The exercises are helping me drill down on what is and isn’t pertinent to my transformational trek.
I promise myself success.

You go, Gurl! So happy you’re here! Buckle up and enjoy the ride!
Julie, welcome to the journey. New things can be hard at first. Then you get better when you keep at it. Keep going and find your better self that has been waiting to come out.
