Since I retired about 5 years ago, I have been searching to improve my inner self and spiritual growth. For over 20 years, my focus has been on enhancing my professional career and reaching financial goals.
I am often puzzled why my relationships with others, especially with close friends and families, are so challenging and hurtful. I blamed myself, thinking it was because of my inadequacy and lack of traits.
I have been reading many books, doing my research about relationships, listening to TED talks, watching many related videos, seminars etc. It helped but I needed more.
I learned about the Master Key Experience through a friend and felt like God has opened another door to me. I am very excited to see a new transformation of myself and the great effect I would have dealing with others.
Doing reading and practice work in week 1 and 2, I already see the benefit of changing my habits. I do believe in habits but I was not aware that I had bad habits for so many years: eating junk food almost every night and much more.
It feels so good to be building and following good habits. No time for nightly junk food anymore and I am more focused on my daily routine. It is a small change but it has a huge impact on my daily life.
I absolutely love it! My friend said this was the best gift to herself and now it would be the best gift to me too.
It is reassuring to know that our good habits can replace anything that came before. You have an amazing understanding of this and know it will benefit every step of the way!
