This week, I’ve continued to explore the transformative process of rewiring my subconscious mind through the Master Key Experience (MKE) course. The program takes you through a series of exercises designed to help you shift your mindset, break free from limiting beliefs, and create new patterns of thought that align with your true potential.
What I find so powerful about MKE is that it’s not about someone else dictating what you should think or do. Instead, it provides the tools to help you consciously break old habits that have been holding you back. The process is incredibly liberating because every change I make is aligned with my higher, divine self.
One of the most important steps in this process has been selecting my Personal Pivotal Needs (PPNs). I chose True Health and Legacy, which have turned out to be instrumental in refining my Definite Major Purpose (DMP).
Focusing on True Health resonates deeply with my goal of Self–Healing and achieving balance in body, mind, and spirit, while Legacy ties into my desire to leave a lasting, positive impact for future generations.
These PPNs not only guided me toward a more specific and clear DMP, but also helped me connect more fully to my life’s mission. The clarity I gained from selecting these needs has been incredibly empowering, reinforcing my sense of purpose and helping me stay aligned with what matters most to me.
A major component of the MKE process is focusing on the present moment and using that awareness to gradually rewrite your unconscious mind. I’ve incorporated the daily practice of reading key texts aloud several times—once in the morning and once before bed.
But I’ve added an extra layer by recording myself reading my DMP and affirmations from the Standing Tall Verities. I listen to these recordings throughout the day, especially as I’m falling asleep and waking up.
There’s something incredibly powerful about hearing my own voice speak these truths — it helps them sink even deeper into my subconscious. I even play these recordings while doing everyday tasks like cleaning or cooking, reinforcing these positive messages as part of my daily life.
Another technique that’s made a huge difference is using index cards to set specific, achievable promises for myself. Recently, I used the index cards to commit to cleaning the interior of my car—something I had been putting off for ages.
I linked this task to the image of a blue rectangle, and every time I saw a blue rectangle, I reinforced the feeling of success and accomplishment that came with completing that task.
To my surprise, I started noticing blue rectangles everywhere — in parking lots, on signs, even on packaging. Each time, it triggered a positive association with success, reinforcing the feeling of satisfaction I had from getting the job done.
This method has been so effective that I added a second chore: harvesting the remaining vegetables from my garden box. It was another task I’d been avoiding, but after completing it, I felt an immense sense of accomplishment, which I linked to the sight of each new blue rectangle.
This simple practice has been a game-changer in helping me tackle procrastination and celebrate small victories.
In addition to these methods, I’ve also been practicing “The Sit,” a daily exercise of sitting still, which helps me clear my mind and focus on my breath. While this was difficult at first, it has become easier over time.
Now, I sit tall, head slightly back, and focus on my breathing with closed eyes. When thoughts arise, I let them pass without judgment, always returning my focus to my breath and the present moment.
Gratitude plays a significant role in this exercise, as I keep it at the forefront of my mind throughout. It’s a simple practice, but it has significantly improved my ability to stay present, release distractions, and connect with my divine purpose.
As I continue on this journey, I find myself trusting the process more and more. The MKE program offers a system that works if you stick with it, and I’m already seeing positive shifts in my thoughts, habits, and overall mindset.
Mark and the entire MKE team have created something truly transformative, and I am so grateful for their work. It’s incredible to witness not just surface-level changes, but deep transformations happening in my subconscious.
Each day, I feel more aligned with my true purpose and excited about where this journey is leading. The possibilities ahead are endless, and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
