This week has been a rollercoaster of emotions as I dive deeper into understanding my Personal Pivotal Needs (PPN) through the Master Key Experience. What does “Helping others” and “Autonomy” actually mean to ME?

For the first time it really feels that is what I’m constantly striving for. That freedom of autonomy and not being tied to one thing with independence and freedom to choose when, where, what and how and that I have spent my life helping others.

The concept of truly being honest with myself, and discovering what drives me, has been both enlightening and challenging. Some days, I feel like the new habits I’m forming are making a difference — there’s a spark of excitement. Yet, at other times, a part of me resists, clinging to the old ways.

It’s as if I’m torn between two versions of myself: the one embracing change and the one stubbornly holding on to what’s comfortable.

With a busier schedule than usual, staying committed to my readings and tasks hasn’t been easy. By the time night falls, the thought of reading the Scroll and my Definite Major Purpose (DMP) with enthusiasm feels daunting. But I’ve done it.

I’m eagerly waiting for that morning when I wake up fully energised, ready to tackle the day with passion rather than anxiety.

This week, I’ve learned that transformation is not smooth sailing — it’s digging deep and pushing through discomfort. I keep reminding myself that like a seedling, the toughest part is breaking through the soil.

The subconscious is awakening, and even though I’ve fallen back into old habits on occasion, I’m proud that I’ve achieved more than last week. The rewiring is happening.

What about you? Have you found yourself resisting the changes you know will benefit you? How do you push through on the tough days?

The key lesson for me this week is that growth takes time, and patience is essential. Making a list of the small wins has been key to motivating me to continue… This is just the beginning of a new life, a new me. The hardest part may be getting through the resistance, but on the other side is something far greater than I can imagine.

Let’s keep going together — because if we can break through the soil, we can blossom into something extraordinary.
