I got off to a great start in week one, wrote my blog and submitted it on time. I thoroughly enjoyed the exercises and the scroll readings that week.
Then week two came along and from the Sunday I experienced huge overwhelm and brain fog so much so that I never made any of the the cards or even sat down to write the week two blog. This is now written two days late.
I know that I was experiencing resistance to change as orchestrated by ‘subby’ which showed up as procrastination, overwhelm, loads of distraction and even physical pain – muscle spasms in my lower back and right wrist.
Mentally like a low level constant state of panic – my normal physiological response pattern is fawn/freeze.
It’s the first workshop that I’ve attended in a very long time and I recognise the positive potential, the effective tools and a support group I’ve never experienced before. Thank you.
I was on the call this Sunday and have since recovered 90% physically, back on the bus and ready to go again. I’m rewriting my PPN, DMP and cards and daily reading.
I recognize this old ‘self-sabotage’ pattern of mine, I do understand it and I’m here to realign and re-pattern myself by using the tools and the cards daily. Watch this space.
