Whoa! Hold on a sec!

I can’t believe how quickly things are changing from the inside out!

It’s only Week 4, Day 2 of this Master Key Experience, and I’m already feeling like a different person.

Remember how I said I was going all in? Well, that commitment has unleashed a whirlwind of positive shifts in my life!

Shift 1: Bye-Bye, TV binging!

Can you believe it? I actually kicked my late-night TV habit! It was a comforting childhood thing that somehow snuck back into my adult life, especially after I started this whole self-transformation journey in 2020. And now? I’m disconnecting. I’m even saying goodbye to my extra computers and all those old files – talk about a symbolic and literal cleansing!

Shift 2: Automatic Pilot, Engaged!

This one’s HUGE. I’m actually following the morning and evening protocols without even thinking about it! No more struggling to remember each step. I wake up eager to do them, even if I don’t fully grasp every word I’m saying. It’s like my inner autopilot finally kicked in, and I’m taking action with a focus and enthusiasm I haven’t felt in ages if ever!!

Shift 3: Hello, Inner Cheerleader!

Ever have an inner critic who tells you that you’re not good enough? Well, she’s been replaced by this amazing, supportive voice! This inner cheerleader reminds me that my best IS enough and that I AM capable of achieving my goals! It’s like a whole new level of self-belief has been unlocked.

Shift 4: Joy to the World!

This one’s got me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. Achieving goals used to feel like a desperate, uphill battle, fueled by negativity while being forever stuck in ‘striving’ mode. And now? I’m replacing self-destructive habits with positive ones, and it feels INCREDIBLE. It’s like I’m reprogramming myself from the inside out, and it’s happening with a sense of deep-seated joy I’ve never experienced before.

Shift 5: Stepping into the Spotlight!

I’m actually showing up and participating fully! The daily “sit” used to be a struggle, but now it’s becoming easier. I’m even engaging with my Marco Polo group, sharing my experiences, and encouraging others.

Something just clicked overnight and I’m ready to be seen, not out of desperation, but out of pride for the positive changes I’m making and the joyful realization of what it’s like to live without the cement!

Shift 6: “Do It Now!” on Repeat!

When I wasn’t seeing results, I turned up the volume on this affirmation. 500 times a day or more I would say this every day with enTHUsiasm! I used it to push through resistance because I believed change had to be hard. It doesn’t. ‘Do it Now!’ is such a simple and incredibly effective tool.

If you’re reading this and feeling stuck, I encourage you to commit to the process 100%.

Acknowledge the resistance, and do the protocols anyway. Keep showing up, and you’ll be amazed by the shifts that happen.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got some work to do! Onward!
