Hello, from the beginning what fascinates me the most is how the effects of the subconscious act on me during the day and especially after watching the film from week four I don’t know why a lot of fear and anxiety came up.

I kept focused all week even though I’ve had all kinds of challenges with my work and meetings and old partnerships that I think no longer need to keep hold in my life. What does me the most good , it’s about focusing, it’s on the positive.

Above all, I appropriate words and sentences that I invent to stimulate myself. At first I felt like I was an impostor and now I’m becoming more and more familiar with these words and even new mentions are popping up in my head and it’s just great.

The sentences improve on their own. I was under observation all week as Mark had advised me and I began to outsmart the patterns. I have a lot of questions about the subconscious especially in the morning when I wake up about the images I see when I fall asleep when I wake up from the dreams and why these images appear and where do they come from?
