As I continue the practices and it being a group practice, I can no longer hide. I made the decision when I applied, to play full out and to play honestly. Given my background, it is easy for me to fake it in the spiritual, personal growth world and I have done just that several times, successfully too!

Not this time, this time, I decided that if I really wanted the changes and the results I am seeking, I must play honestly. As a result, what I see in the mirror of my reality, I really don’t like. It’s not that I was blind to it, I just didn’t have to look at it.

The good news is that I am appreciating where I’ve been and where I’m at. I do still feel remorse and sadness for the loss of the habits, but I am also embracing the experiences that come with rekindling something within that was and is again useful and significant- good habits.
