I was born, raised and currently live in Roosevelt, New York. Two personal pivotal needs that stand out at this point in my life are true health and liberty. By day, I work as an Engineer in the defense industry.
When the opportunities arise, I volunteer my time to causes and events that give me an opportunity to give back as I have received so much over the years by generous and loving people who have poured into my life. These opportunities arise at work and in the community.
I currently hold positions in two non-profit organizations. One is Operation Initiative where this organization raises money to help veterans and their caregivers who have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress through holistic treatments.
It has been a pleasure to learn how the treatments have helped veterans. I also volunteer with the Roosevelt Alumni Association. Through this organization I have met so many amazing people who have graduated and who also want to give back to the community they love.
We have given back mostly through scholarships funded by alumni and encourage alumni to support current students activities/events when the opportunity arises.
I am also a network marketer in 7k Metals where I am learning and benefiting from owning physical gold and silver. Through this business opportunity I am looking to encourage people I come in contact with to own precious metals.
My goal is to have another source of income and secure financial freedom. Along the way, I hope to be in a community of like minded people who encourage each other to explore their entrepreneurial desires.
Through MKE, my goal is to rediscover my greatness and not be afraid to go after the desires of my heart. Over time I have held back on going after my heart’s desires due to not being supported the way I have given it and/or being discouraged by people who felt I should do something different.
If I know what I want is within reach, when the winds of change come I want to anchor myself to receive it or adjust my sails to get through it on my journey to rediscover who I am.
Jennifer, it’s so lovely to learn about your life this way. You have a way with images–this time journeying with anchor and sails and sailing.
