Much of the Blueprint Builder and the The Greatest Salesman in the World are slipping into my subconscious mind. I often find myself thinking of the readings throughout the day. It often happens spontaneously, and the thoughts seem to pop into my mind.

While driving home two days ago, Blueprint Builder’s second statement came to mind. It is very true. What one desires does become reality when it is persistently thought about. I remember times, as we all do, when that happened.

The question is why have I not practiced focusing on picturing the reality I desire more? Why haven’t I stayed focused on what I want? Life happens, I guess with its many distractions within more distractions and even more distractions.

Fear, too, certainly interferes. Fear destroys. A lack of confidence also destroys. Negative emotions hurt, as well, sometimes leaving scars. One must also realize their true I; focus on purpose to succeed, whatever success one considers success to be.

I can be what I will to be. That is important to understand, appreciate and live. I must focus on that statement daily.

While running today, I considered how I would not be able to finish a run if I did not focus on finishing the run, giving it all to finish. No matter how fit I am, I would never be able to finish a run if I did not picture myself finishing.

Also, if I focused on the entire run, say 4 miles, I might not finish because the 4 miles may seem too daunting. Frankly, 4 miles are daunting. A half mile, mile even, is not. And so I focus on each step I take with the sound of each step reverberating in my ear drums. It’s a wonderful sound. It’s sometimes the only sound I hear.
