Meet Joshua Mrozinski, a celebrated real estate professional considered among the nation’s best and an award-winning author.
Known for his passion for excellence and tenacity, Joshua’s path to realizing his goal of becoming an award-winning author and creating a great business, one that is lucrative and helps people, began from within.
“I knew something had to change, so I changed from within,” Josh said, while taking a break from his vacation in Rome. “I mean, I had grown my business and even had articles, some poems, published. But I felt stuck, frustrated.”
That’s when Josh realized that he could no longer wing it to achieve the high level of excellence and success for which he yearned. He, too, yearned for financial freedom and better quality of life that would accompany. But it wasn’t just about the money; it never had been for Josh.
Josh wanted to operate an excellent business and publish memorable stories. He wanted to excel and to be recognized. Josh wanted to make positive contributions to the world around him.
So he reached out to local business colleagues, formed what’s known as Master Mind, and focused on enchanting his marketing approaches, learning his scripts and prospecting daily. His perspective began to change.
“Yeah, it triggered something. “I was what they called a secret realtor. Mastermind was indispensable.”
He learned how to attract people to him, doubling his income to $200,000 in 2025.
Josh, too, worked on his world-within through a program called MasterKey. It changed his life.
“A lot of work, a lot of work,” Josh said. “It opened my eyes, caused me to think again. I learned just how much power I had to change what they called the world around me for and to do good. I formed new habits that I continue to practice to this day.”
Josh grew his business, grossing some $500,000 by 2035. As Josh grew his business, he continued to focus on service, which continues to be at the heart of his business.
Drawing on his experience as a journalist, Josh infused content creation into his business.
“Yeah, that was a key, the writing,” Josh said. “It’s the content. By giving, we received more.”
Now, Josh is the author of significant content upon his clients rely. He’s published several stories and books. The first of which was kid’s story involving two pets, a household Guinea pig and cat.
“Once I got the humans out of the way, that story sang,” Josh said. As with his real estate business, Josh has continued to work to improve his writing through practice and workshops.
Meanwhile, the avid reader’s business continues to grow beyond his home state of Pennsylvania. New offices have opened in New Jersey and New York.
Having hit $500,000 in income in 2035, Josh now has his sights on reaching $1 million.
“Like Walt Disney said, “All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them”.
Josh is achieving more than money. He’s following his passions and giving.
Josh travels a lot. Aside from the cruises to the Caribbean and now Rome, Josh and his wife have visited both Japan and Israel, two place Josh had briefly lived while in college.
They’ve been through all of Europe, too, and now are planning to visit Crete, Lebanon and Turkey.
Meanwhile, the two sometimes stay at their homes Orlando, Fla., and Key West.
With his business growing to the point where he needs not to work every day, Josh has more time for hobbies such as practicing as an amateur astrologist by watching the stars through is telescope at home and for more self-improvements. He’s learned Spanish and has started taking lessons in Arabic. Next is Hebrew and then even Japanese, two languages he spoke some and learned some while living overseas.
Now he’s running 5k races often, raising funds for charities about which he’s cared, including those focuses on cancer and diabetes. He’s planning to raise at least $1,000 this year, 2036.
What he most enjoys, though, is having the time to sit in silence, feeling centered and grateful.
“I feel complete,” Josh said. “I’ve accomplished what I’ve wanted. But, you know, there’s more dreams to live.”
