Hello, My name is, Luna Afton. Today I am Interviewing, a woman named, Laurali Rawlings. She is a Marine biologist. She takes care of the beach, and looks after all marine life. She is with me today, here in Livingston News Station.
Let’s ask her some questions, about how she accomplished her dream about being a marine biologist. Laurali, tell me. What did you do to get to where you are today?
Thank you, for inviting me here, Luna. It’s good to be here. So, what I did to be a marine biologist was, I cleaned up the beach, and the coral reef. I make the ocean environment clean, for all marine life.
How I attained my position as a marine biologist was, persistence and determination. It took a lot of time, to clean the beach, and the coral reef. I took time and turned it into fuel, for my dream.
What happened was, I took time to go to the beach and pick up trash, then I went on my morning dive and picked up the reef. I also look out for all the marine life. I take time out of my day to watch out for all life in the ocean.
How I look after the marine life is, I monitor their locations, through trackers on their dorsal fins.
