I’ve been reflecting on this simple yet powerful idea:
Concentrate on the things you want, not on the things you do not want. Master Key System 7 :24 – Charles Haanel
It sounds easy enough, but how often do we get stuck replaying what we don’t want in our minds? It’s like driving while staring in the rear-view mirror—completely counterproductive.
This week, I’ve been catching myself and shifting focus back to what I do want. It’s not just about positive thinking; it’s about giving my energy to what truly matters. When I focus on what I want, I feel lighter, more motivated, and clearer about my path forward.
It’s a work in progress, but every small shift is progress. Forward is the only way to go.

Absolutely, Tina, way to go, for keep catching yourself to adjust and keep on going forward one step at a time and one progress at a time.
