Wow, it is already week 8!

Many of my reading became routine, and my subconscious knows it is routine. However, sitting for 15 minutes has not been my routine as I have not yet fully trusted and believed in this practice.

When I discussed this with my husband, who has gone through meditation practices for years asked me to watch the YouTube video of Fio Bros. (They went for 10 hours for 10 10-day meditation retreat).

They explained their experience (so painful at first but received the most rewarding benefit at the end) and what they gained out of these practices.

I will try to sit just for 5 minutes today…
