Growing Up
Growing up, many of us were taught to uphold certain values, like being respectful, keeping our emotions in check, and speaking only when spoken to.
While these lessons were meant to instill discipline and respect, they often came at the cost of teaching us how to express our true selves. We were conditioned to suppress our feelings, to focus on the external world rather than our internal one.
Over time, this creates a disconnect between who we are and who we’ve been taught to be, leaving us struggling to understand or articulate our deepest desires, fears, and dreams.
As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize that there’s a powerful tool within us that we were never taught to use: the subconscious mind. The subconscious is like a hidden reservoir of potential, a part of us that operates beyond our conscious awareness. Through it, we can manifest our desires and transform our lives in ways we never imagined.
By learning how to access this powerful force, we can start to align our thoughts, emotions, and actions with what we truly want, creating a life that reflects our innermost aspirations. This understanding has been life-changing—giving me a sense of agency and empowerment that I never had before.
The key, I’ve learned, is to consciously connect with both the conscious and subconscious mind. It’s not just about thinking positive thoughts or setting goals, but about creating a deep inner dialogue that aligns our conscious intentions with the hidden power of the subconscious.
Through practices like meditation, affirmations, and visualization, we can unlock a new level of self-awareness and manifestation. By reconnecting with ourselves—by learning to speak our truth and honor our emotions—we begin to tap into an extraordinary potential that’s been waiting for us all along.
