The Divine Dipping into the Human Mind
The piece of this weeks reading that stuck out to me the most was the part about how the living form must touch the material world in order to for the material/mineral world to awaken and participate in the conscious manifestation of beingness.
The parallel is then drawn to how human inspiration and origination of plans come to be. The reading asserts that humans often think that we are responsible for the creation of intelligent plans in order to manifest divine creation, when in reality the divine mind does not need our assistance at all.
The universal mind bends into our mind in the same way that the living world reaches into the material world, elevating and inspiring it.
As a person who works on plans and particulars, I find this liberating and truthful, based on my experience with manifesting to date. It does certainly seem to often be the case that the more relaxed our minds are, the more creatively receptive they are as well.
I have heard it said that the old timers used to say that “had a genius” rather than “were a genius.”
This connotes the visiting presence of some divine aspect, rather than the inborn inherent brilliance of the human analytical mind. And it seems to correspond well to Hanel’s teachings.
So as I work on releasing my attachments to plans and schemes, and focus on relaxing into the work of becoming more receptive and inspired, this metaphor continues to intrigue me and present food for thought.
It provides a jumping off point to trust that less analytical work needs to be done in order to achieve our goals, and clarifies that the true work lay in strengthening the focus of that part our of minds – the subconscious mind – that works as the connector to divine mind in order to manifest what we focus upon.

Yes, Yes, Yes!
Brilliant understanding of this way of Being.
Tap into consciousness and all is revealed.
If only more of us could get out of the ‘analysis paralysis’ mode of existing.
