So few words today…
I’m not usually at a loss for words, either verbal or written, but this week was an exception.
At the beginning of the week, I struggled to get clarity on the direction the focus of my sit was supposed to take. It began to come into focus, but it seemed to change from day-to-day.
One thing I can say with confidence is that my morning is not complete unless I do my 15 minute set as part of my very early morning routine.
My meditations on insight this week have morphed from the nebulous to the positive, more specific and happier. They have given me greater awareness that planning, one thing in which I have been mostly under-performing, is critical to the achievement of any item in anyone’s DMP.
I suppose that will need to be enough for now as I get ready to do my sit today.

Cheryl, your reflections on seeking clarity are genuinely inspiring. I admire how you’ve woven your dedication to your morning routine into a path toward personal growth. Thank you for sharing your journey so openly—it resonates with me.
