interview with Cedric, Conducted by Fredric for Red News
Fredric: Hi, I’m Fredric from Red News. Today, I’m talking with Cedric, who’s done something many of us aspire to do: get healthy and cut out junk food from his life. Cedric, how did you manage to stop eating junk food?
Cedric: I started by focusing on eating foods high in protein, which helped me feel full and kept my energy up. When I felt cravings coming on, I just tried not to think about it. I also used a device called Jawzrsize to strengthen my jaw; it made my jaw sore, so I was distracted and thought less about food.
Fredric: How has being healthier changed your life?
Cedric: I’m really happy with it. I’m not overweight anymore, and that gives me the freedom to do whatever I want in life. Money isn’t an issue, and I’m enjoying myself more—like driving my ATV around my property, which is a lot of fun.
Fredric: Speaking of achievements, you’re also a civil engineer! Tell us about your journey. Which college did you attend?
Cedric: I went to Rice University. It wasn’t easy—I studied every day to keep my grades up. Eventually, all that work paid off, and I was able to get a job in civil engineering. Now, I build roads, and I’m really happy with where I am.
Fredric: It sounds like life’s going well! I heard you bought a quad. How did you make that happen?
Cedric: I saved up for a while, and then I found a great one for $6,000. I bought it from Quality Marine Powersports, and it’s been worth every penny. I’m really happy with it.
Fredric: Thanks, Cedric, for sharing your story.
