So here we are in your new home Jonathan – surrounded in forest, sprawling gardens, and spectacular views of the waterfront. You have a roaring fire in the fireplace, your kids are having a blast, the smell coming from the kitchen is divine, did you ever imagine this is this where you would be at this stage in your life?”

“Absolutely. I have held a crystal-clear vision of this moment in time and every decision I have made, every habit I have adopted, every thought I have corrected has all been for this moment.”
Your house is beautiful, can you tell me a bit about it?”

“Sure. I designed it myself, based on three core principles: One, it had to be a healthy home. There is no MDF, no formaldehyde, no toxic adhesives, everything is in this home was the healthiest and most sustainable choice. You can see it is primarily wood, timber-frame construction. Two, we built the house to be self-sufficient, with passive airflow, radiant heat and seasonally heats and cools using solar passive principles and wood fired back up. We have a fully integrated off-grid solar power source and micro-hydro and geothermal. It’s perfect. Even the water is a spring fed well which is structured using anelema technology for optimum water and has a manual pump for emergencies. Third, it has to be highly functional. It has everything we need. A mudroom, a pantry, a butler kitchen, a professional kitchen, even a cold-room. Good food is extremely important to us, so we produce much of it ourselves, and source the rest in bulk from the farmers and suppliers we know and trust. The kitchen is the heart of the home, and we love to have the kitchen, dining and living room all-together. The dining room table I designed and built myself, as a wedding gift for my wife. We homeschool, so the library study was must, and a dedicated homeschool and recreation room for the kids in the basement. We spend a lot of time here, so the kids have ample bedrooms. It’s everything we need.”

What about the other buildings?

“A workshop was a must for me. I built much of the house myself, and most of the cabinetry. Woodworking and being creative brings me immense joy, and sharing it as part of our homeschool curriculum has been so rewarding seeing the kids self-confidence and competence grow. We have a greenhouse and potting shed. That id my wife’s bliss, and our family really reap the rewards. It’s the reason I have my pride-and-joy tractor! The kids are also learning to garden and grow their own food, and not only are they learning medicinal plants, but how to make medicined from them. I will never have to worry that they have the skills they need to thrive.”

Well you certainly have a stunning property!

“Thank you. It’s perfect for us and I feel blessed every day. I love to be out on the trails, walking, skiing or maintaining them. I love to cut wood, I love to make maple syrup, I love bonfires in the evening. And jumping in the lake after a sauna or spending the day at the water when it’s hot – you don’t get better family time than that.”

I see you have a meadow as well, and is that bee hives?

“You bet! The meadow is milk weed – it is absolutely chock-full of monarchs. We maintain it as a sanctuary and our bees are thriving off of it too. We harvested about 300 pounds of honey this year. It has a slight minty taste which is so very unique.”

It was a bit of a hike to get here, and there is nobody else around. In fact, you can’t hear anything at all. Do you wish you were closer to town?

“No, it’s just the way we wanted it. It’s private, yes, but it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s our own sanctuary. And our friends love to come visit. We have a beautiful little guest house so they can stay for as long as they want. And we have an outdoor kitchen area where we can have epic gatherings and share incredible meals. We are really blessed.”

A year ago your life looked really different. Now you have sold your businesses, you spend almost half your year in Costa Rica. What it the attraction there?

“My whole family loves to surf. We love the tropics and the sun. We love the ocean, the beach and the clear blue sky. We love fresh food.”

Didn’t you invest in a biodynamic farm there?

“Yes. 20 acres, designed by the premier biodynamic design firm in Latin America. It has spring fed irrigation, a river, a waterfall, a swimming hole, hundreds of fruit trees, cattle, chickens, pigs. It’s a dream come true. Our house has a view of the ocean, and we are no more than 20 minutes from anything we need. And… I finally bought the land rover I always wanted! A defender 110. The kids have a ball bombing around in the back, popcorning over every bump.”

“We have an incredible caretaker and farm hand there. We built his family a home and they produce an incredible volume of organic food. They have everything they ever wanted, and we are able to share the bounty with them, the local people, the helpers and their families. It feels amazing to support so many beautiful people!”

You managed this with capitol you raised from Barnaje, is that correct? Can you tell me how you completed the 2×7 matrix? In fact, weren’t you in the top 100?

“Yes. I completed it before June of 2025. I created a unique and effective system and really focused on teaching my team to replicate it. It was such a joy to coach them and see how their lives changed as they became financially free. I love to serve others and see them thrive. I was very supportive of my team and they really took the system and ran with it. Now many of my personal enrollees are living out their dreams. It’s so fulfilling.“

And how did you have the time to do all of this?

“I sold my businesses at a really enticing price before January 31, 2025, and the new owners have done exceptionally well. It allowed me complete autonomy over my time, and I was able to allow my creative energy to flow without any restrictions on my time or energy. It really was win/win for everyone involved, and with more than 4.48 Million in surpluss I am completely financially free.“

Any you learned all of this through the master key experience?

“The Master Key Experience was instrumental in changing my habits, my beliefs, my mindset and ultimately my subconscious programming to unlimited potential. I will continue to be a slave to these new habits, and I will teach my children to do the same!”
