Kansas Couple Interviewed by Stars and Stripes at Liberty Ranch. Matt Doolittle – Stars and Stripes / Posted : Friday April 20, 2032 1:30PM
Here we are about hour south of Topeka, KS at the Johnson’s Liberty Ranch. Scott you have a beautiful home here and this library is spectacular with a gorgeous fire going in the fireplace, books to the ceiling and the view thru your amazing bay window with seating is breath taking. Did you always imagine yourself in this position at this stage in your life?
Matt honestly no!
Really? Well then how did you account for it now?
I always had visions of a ranch with a nice three bedroom house, beautiful kitchen to bake bread which you’re smelling at this moment. I love that smell! The house I envisioned was to have a library and a lake with extra land for cattle, horses and bison. But before I retired I listened to too many outside influencers, people who said what to do , and not myself. After I retired I began re-educating myself. I went back to school!
You went back to college?
No I worked on my habits, my beliefs, my mindset and eventually my subconscious programming thru the Master Key Experience!
Master Key Experience?
Yes as we called it MKE helped to focus my mind on good habits and make a clearer picture of the house, the land, the lake, the property and my ultimate dream building communities for veterans.
It was only eight years ago you retired and you have opened your first community for veterans just 18 months ago. How did you do it?
First I embraced MKE and changed bad habits with good ones as Og Mandingo wrote “ My bad habits must be destroyed and new furrows prepared for good seeds” or good habits. As I began to work on myself my vision became clear. And I was blessed to help 2000 accociates build their financial legacies just by changing my habits. This created a 1.2 million per year income by helping others. As C. Haanel wrote “4-21 The more we give, the more we shall get.”
How did you come about to build and design communities for veterans?
Well Matt I myself was active duty and a veteran. I was a medical officer and saw much of the medical issues that military had to go thru to get some types of care. But more importantly I like many others see the how many homeless veterans there are in the cities. They don’t just need a place to sleep they need a tribe or community to be there for them and that’s what I envisioned that I was to create community with housing but also medical, recreation, support and retail all within the community like you would find in a Del Webb community but for veterans and their families.
And that has begun in Missouri around Fort Leonard Wood is that correct?
Yes Matt that’s correct with plans for North Carolina, Georgia and Texas by June
30,2033.
That’s fantastic! And I know you also have your Veteran Fund Foundation you funded and direct!
Yes I do which helps with the community and more importantly helps veterans and family members in need for educational funds. I am so blessed and fortunate with my autonomy to be able to help so many families and individual.
Well you certainly have helped many families already but it sounds like many more will be receiving assistance in the future.
Thank you for those kind words. I am fortunate to have financial freedom that gives me the ability to help so many others!

Appreciate the support!
