MKE, Haanel Ch. 5 #15 – paraphrased
In the domain of mind and spirit is practical power.
This estate is mine. I am the heir.
I assert my heirship and possess this rich inheritance.
The fruits are my POWER over:
Circumstance, health, harmony, prosperity, and peace.
The COST is the labor of studying and harvesting great resources.
The sacrifice: the loss of my limitations, servitude, and weaknesses.
I am clothed with self-honor. I hold a receptor in my hands.
Finally figured out why the press release assignment was so difficult for me. The exercise made me feel like I was making something up out of the blue. I could create a great story, but that story didn’t resonate with my heart.
This explains why I have struggled so much in business over the last five years. I went to many conferences and did exercises like this, writing out the day a year from now and describing in detail what my life would look like after accomplishing the goals I just wrote down. The truth is, if those goals are not really in my heart, I will be powerless.
They were not wrong goals; they all matched my business ideals, but they were not really what resonated with me.
The third time is a charm, right?
This is my Press Release coming from my heart:
I love the freedom of running in the center of a big city by myself, knowing I am safe. Okinawa is one of those places. I love being here with my sister, Gail, and cousins Jan, Ann, and Emi. We spent a whole day visiting our grandfather’s son’s family yesterday. Everyone is so hospitable. Despite the language barrier, my Okinawan family’s gracious, kind spirit speaks volumes! After all, it is the Japanese way. I would expect nothing less.
The streets encompassed a sea of people. 1000’s present to be part of the Naha Tug-Of-War Festival. Being in a parade with the Governor of Hawaii, the official Black Tie event was clearly a night to remember. The glitz, the glamour, and the media coverage were more than I had ever expected.
The interview with Mika Miyashima, KITV news, exceeded the planned expectations! She graciously asked about our parents and grandparents, who had built our connection to Okinawa. It is truly an honor to my parents, their parents and beyond.
I enjoyed live-streaming the parade, the interview, and my comments to my online community. The best has been creating footage for the future while sharing my excitement about dreams coming true. They’ve had so much fun following me on this trip. Not only do I talk about keeping health hacks while traveling, but also, everyone gets to travel Okinawa, everyday culture here, and bask in the joy of making dreams come true!
I love the comments, engagements, and shares I get. The thousands who follow me have taught me that there are people who sincerely want to create health for themselves and their kids. Imagine connecting with people willing to work to exchange a toxic lifestyle and trade it for a healthy one.
My heart’s desire is a reality. A community of people that consciously create and rebuild their health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Creating powerful humans connecting with their power to make this world healthier and happier and sharing that gift with others.
