Embracing a vision of success rooted in financial independence, generational wealth, and community upliftment, Wallace Neal COO of Acumen Global, outlines an inspiring roadmap to achieve these goals by 2028. With a focus on establishing diverse income streams, empowering individuals and families through insurance, and building a pharmacy network dedicated to community health, Wallace is committed to creating lasting, positive change.
Financial Freedom and Purpose-Driven Goals
By December 31, 2028, Wallace envisions a personal net worth of $10 million, achieved through intentional strategies in three key areas: an insurance agency, a non-profit organization, and a growing pharmacy business. Starting January 1, 2025, Wallace will recruit ten new agents monthly, cultivating a dedicated team of 600 by 2027. This commitment, paired with a goal to provide insurance coverage and financial security to at least ten families each month, will generate over $20,000 in monthly premiums and ensure financial protection for clients.
“My goal is to offer meaningful support and financial security for families, and at the same time, build generational wealth that empowers future leaders and entrepreneurs,” shares Wallace. “Every step of this journey will be rooted in service, accountability, and an unwavering sense of purpose.”
Harnessing the Power of Social Media and Radio for Impact
Recognizing the transformative power of social media, Wallace leverages online platforms to grow and expand the agency, sharing socially conscious content and fostering engagement. In addition, Wallace’s radio show, focused on insurance and financial wellness, reaches marginalized communities, providing financial literacy resources and opening doors to those who share this vision.
“Social media and radio allow me to reach broader audiences, especially those who may not have access to traditional financial education. I’m passionate about helping people gain the knowledge they need to protect their families and plan for their futures,” says Wallace
Expanding Community Health with a Growing Pharmacy Network
A pharmacy under Wallace’s leadership currently serves the local community, with plans to expand into a network of ten pharmacies by June 1, 2028. As a catalyst for broader community access to essential health resources, this network will drive local economic growth and promote health equity across underserved regions.
Setting the Standard with the ICA Philosophy
Guided by a philosophy of being Intentional, Coachable, and Accountable (ICA), Wallace approaches every aspect of life, from family and marriage to business, with integrity and dedication. This philosophy has fostered a balance that prioritizes personal well-being and continuous growth, helping Wallace live a life of inner peace, joy, and autonomy.
“I believe that success isn’t just financial; it’s about building meaningful connections, remaining open to new knowledge, and being accountable to oneself and to God,” states Wallace. “This balance is key to my vision of financial independence and personal fulfillment.”
