Week #21 – Elastic
Fear, guilt, unworthy, hurt feelings, anger
Become aware of them and ask yourself…
Why are they there? Why am I giving power to feelings planted in me by other people? What do I change to take the power back? The elastic of my comfort zone is exactly that, elastic.
Fear – Feel the fear and do it anyway
Guilt – a feeling to “keep us between the lines” but who’s lines?
Unworthy- trying to live up to someone else’s standards, set my own.
Hurt feelings- a way to keep me from developing, keep me in the old blueprint
Anger- what’s held in must eventually come out. What and why did I hold it in? What made it come out as anger?
By asking myself these questions I can stretch that elastic a little bit more. Change the lines on my blueprint. Knock off the cement.
These negatives are turned into tools. I feel all the feelings. I can use each one to change my perspective. Repetition, practice, visualisation, replacement, inner calm – growth!
