Yaay! I so love you Janet and I love this breakdown so thank you. This has been a difficult one for me because of what hasn’t been done, what Im doing now and what I need to learn to incorporate. I needed to hear this today. Its confirmation that this requires focus for me as well and I do believe after reading this that this is most likely the missing ingredient.
