Spotless Sinks, Sunrises and Starting An Agency

If you had told me 24 weeks ago that I’d be scrubbing baseboards, organizing Costco hauls like a domestic goddess and launching a lead gen agency, I’d have asked if you mistook me for Marie Kondo with a marketing degree.

Yet here we are.

This week, I stepped into a new version of myself—less “survival mode,” more “sun-drenched strategist with a side of green juice.”
Let’s talk growth, shall we?

I Woke the Dog Up:

That’s how this week began. Not metaphorically—I literally woke up before the dog. That may seem trivial, but to me? That’s CEO behavior, baby! I’m claiming my mornings now, and Samson (the furry roommate) knows who’s boss.

From Clutter to Clarity:

I cleaned under the kitchen sink. Then I LINED it. Added bins. Do you know how powerful that is? That’s not just cleaning—it’s claiming space.

It’s saying, “I deserve a home that feels like peace.”

And oh, my bedroom and bathroom? Also conquered. Sanitized, sorted, and officially dog-smell-free. Samson now sleeps in his own bed and I sleep like a queen in what’s quickly becoming my adult studio oasis.

Agency, Activated:

You heard that right. I had my first official call with new business partner and just like that—the blueprint for my agency was born!

Not someone else’s vision.

Not a “side hustle.”

Mine.

We’re talking social media management, Eventbrite launches, AI automation… leads in, stress out.

My first client? #TeamRicardo. My friend, my business partner, and the person who made me cry (in the good way) when he said, “You get commission on all sales from every lead gen source.

That kind of loyalty hits different when you’ve been the one holding everyone else up your whole life.

Beachside Business Vibes:

I made a commitment: MWF from 8–10 a.m., I’m at a beach. Grounded. Grateful. Armed with SPF and self-respect.

I’m beach-hopping my way to better health—juice fasts, home-cooked greens, and yes, occasional cookies (because I’m healing, not robot-ing). I’m not punishing my body. I’m partnering with it.

This isn’t a fad. This is forever.

Letting Go for Real:

The biggest revelation of Week 24?

Talking about the past doesn’t help people understand me—it keeps ME stuck.

I used to share my trauma like a badge, as if pain earned me connection. This week, over dinner with roomie, I learned: I can leave the past in the past without abandoning my truth.

Now that’s power.

Final Boss Level Unlocked:

I’m done emotionally eating.

I’m done waiting for approval.

I’m done blaming the people who aren’t here to fix it.

I’ve stepped out of the shadows, off the hamster wheel, and into my calling.

I’m a yellow personality (finally makes sense), and I’m ready to shine—with silliness, strategy, and soul.

If ever my business partnership that started it all ends? I’ll cry in my salad. But I’ll still show up, glow up, and sign new clients.

Because this version of me isn’t going anywhere but forward.

Onward!
