I am doing my best to substitute negative thoughts with positive thoughts. It is challenging. By working to stick to the mental diet, though, I’ve felt better.
I’m behind on my work for Master Key Experience. I’m late with this blog entry.
I have continued to read Mandino. This chapter about love is interesting. I particularly enjoy the paragraph that describes how one greets people. That paragraph is poignant.
By greeting another with love, one is more welcoming. It causes the other person to feel more comfortable. And it begins with a genuine smile.
I need to work on that, on expressing love to others, including in my business. Doing so would help to grow my business.
Doing so would create healthy relationships, better connections with others.
Better connections begin with forgiveness, which comes in many forms.
All too often, not providing forgiveness leads to the unlocked door of failure.
In business, I have lost clients by not providing forgiveness, by not being as understanding as I should have been. Unfortunately, I realized this after I suffered the loss.
Once I began to realize the results of my actions, I worked hard to change my behavior. Then I noticed how I retained more customers by being more forgiving, by being more understanding and empathetic.
There is more work to do, though. I must be more loving, forgiving and empathetic.

Josh, that’s it, remember, “Awareness is the beginning of the change!”? The fact you have realized and started to apply what you know is exactly what you need to do and in fact you are doing. Keep on doing that and you will be amazed at the change that you see in you and also the changes in those around you.
Interesting and your honesty is refreshing.
