As the weeks go on its becoming very clear to me that I have to let the old me and the old blueprint die. Scroll 1 of the greatest salesman really is so important.

You really have to shed your old skin and start ridding yourself of old bad habits and forming good ones. How else do you become your future successful self. It starts today. You really are beginning a new life.

For too long old habits have kept me in comfort but static, and when I’m tempted to slip now I realise that going back to the comfort zone is where your dreams go to die.

What’s great about these last 8 weeks in the Master Key experience is that I have been exposed to information that have awakened in a drive that was dormant, opening a door that can’t be shut.

It has awakened discipline to be a guardian for my future self. It has introduced me to my future self and given me a clear vision. I cannot go back now living as I was, drifting in a haze, waiting for something to change externally.

Change must come internally to be lasting. I’ve got into the habit now of acting like the future me.

Some scientists now declare we build ourselves over every 11 months, so we are really only 11 months old. If we build the defects back into our bodies year after year, we have no one to blame but ourselves. Charles Haanel, Master Key System Part 9 (26)

The quote above proves we can shed our old skin.

  • You have outlined a really important realisation there Tommy. Good on you for recognising it.
Everything about ourselves can be rebuilt.
Every morning, we can wake up and be a very different person from yesterday!!

  • You wrote, “I’ve got into the habit now of acting like the future me.” I really appreciate those words. Congratulations on your progress. It does seem to be reflected here that you are accumulating evidence of the truth of what we are learning and that supports your progress. One of the early concepts we were to pursue was that of becoming an observer. If a student does not develop that ability, how will they realize that change is occurring. You obviously are reaping the benefits. Keep on enjoying your journey.
