Do it Now, Now is the Time You Have to Do it

This week I have been reflecting on the do it now phrase I have been repeating at least 25 times two times a day. I see I have been using it more than I have realized.

I noticed in the beginning it had the positive effect on me of doing things a lot faster, doing them now in real time and I see that I am continuously doing it instead of thinking about it and postponing it. And I am also scaling my do it now against major and major things that I had a big resistance against doing and it feels liberating to finally do it.

The do it now repetition helps to break old patterns of procrastination and as we are learning in a lesson this week live in the now that is what we always have, instead of focusing on the past or worrying about the future.

I even won a fast action bonus because I booked a program by following my heart and not procrastinating.

Also I have increased my meditation time which feels great.
