The Power of Attention and the Law of Relaxation
Something amazing is happening to my mind. Since starting the Master Key Experience, I’ve noticed a big shift in the way I focus. In Chapter 18, line 32, it says, “The incentive of attention is interest: the greater the interest, the greater the interest, action, and reaction…” This really stood out to me because I can see it happening in my own life.
At first, when I read the Master Key lessons or The Greatest Salesman, I rushed through them. I was reading fast but not really absorbing the words. My mind would wander, and I often felt the urge to multitask. But now, something is different.
I feel calmer. My focus has sharpened. I read just as quickly, yet it feels like time has slowed down. Each word sinks in deeper, and I truly understand what I’m reading.
This shift reminds me of the Law of Relaxation—“Mental effort defeats itself. A relaxed, calm state of mind is the gateway to success.” The more I relax, the better I focus. The better I focus, the more I absorb.
This is exciting because I know deep concentration is key to achieving my Definite Major Purpose. Paying attention leads to interest, and interest leads to action. The more I trust this process, the more effortless success becomes.
