Meditation has long been celebrated as a powerful practice for reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. Sitting quietly for 15 to 20 minutes daily, allowing yourself to relax, can profoundly improve your well-being. And with intention, get you closer to your desired results by connecting with the universal mind.
Our brain operates on different frequencies, each corresponding to a specific state of consciousness. In a relaxed state, we connect to our creativity, intuition, and calmness.
When we meditate, we intentionally guide our minds into a calm state. Our minds shift from busy, active, conscious thinking to a tranquil state of flow and relaxation. This relaxed state calms the mind and supports overall mental and physical health.
As we learn in MKE, its during this calm state where we manifest our desired outcome by connecting to the subconscious mind. So within, so without.
Focusing on my DMP during my sits, I let any disempowering thought that may enter my thought process flow by “thank you for sharing – bye, bye”.
According to the law of the Subconscious mind, as provided in a handout of Emerson’s Law, as soon as the subconscious accepts your idea (your DMP), it becomes a demand, and it will work 24/7, accessing a reservoir of infinite resources to manifest your desired outcome.
Meditation, “the sit,” not only offers a retreat from life’s busyness, but it’s part of the MKE process. Once you begin, you form a habit of doing it. Embracing this process cultivates inner peace, more clarity in your thinking, and a better connection with your intuition. This small daily practice brings calm to your life. Let’s see what transpires as the days progress.

The sit really can transform our mind to a clearer, freer state. I really appreciate your reflective words here.
