Persistence Wins the Race
After our class this week I really began to look at the characteristics of persistence and why it is so important for my future growth.
Persistence involves working towards a goal while facing obstacles and setbacks. It is vital for success because it enables you to overcome challenges, develop resilience and learn from setbacks.
When we persevere, we demonstrate our enthusiasm, passion and commitment to our goals. Without this tenacity, we risk giving up too soon and falling short of our full potential.
Persistence means you never give up. You keep pushing forward, no matter what obstacles come your way. Having this mindset is so important for achieving any goal I set for myself.
Being persistent forces you to get back up after a fall. The easy path would allow you to give up after we’ve failed or faced setbacks, but those who are persistent know that failure is just a part of the journey.
I would rather learn from my mistakes and do better the next time. So if you’re looking to achieve your goals and live a fulfilling life, be persistent. It may be hard, but it’s worth it in the end.
Persistent people are resilient people. It helps them to stay focused on goals and put in the hard work necessary to achieve them. Being persistent helps to build self-confidence to be able to achieve mighty goals.
I’m building the confidence that I can persevere through challenges and achieve whatever I set my mind to. This is helping me to create the future my soul is longing for.
I feel a huge responsibility to be the best me that I can be as I read the poem taped on my mirror and affirm my love of myself.
Thanks Laura for all your encouragement.
So true Donna ! Persistence and the ability to keep going one step at a time. Keep on challenging yourself and I know you’ll succeed!
