Blankety, Blank Habits!!
We have been pounded over and over in the Master Key Experience (MKE) to get GOOD habits imbedded into our subconscious.
I found a quote by Stephen R. Covey in other reading I am doing,
A habit is the intersection of knowledge (what to do), skill (how to do), and desire (want to do). Steven Covey
I guess that all great minds (MKE) have the same idea of how to improve ourselves effortlessly; change our habits.
I struggle at times with the upgrades that I need to make, but I always remember that I am changing some of my life-time habits formed many years ago and practiced religiously up to this time.
I am determined to change some of my BAD habits to more encouraging/practical ones that will accelerate my DMP’s and change my future for the better.
How about you?

I like how you get the reader engaged at the end…by asking a question. Very smart…and yes, I replace my bad habits with good ones!
You’re absolutely right—transforming habits is the cornerstone of self-improvement, and Covey’s insight really captures the power behind it. The process can feel challenging, especially when undoing habits ingrained over a lifetime, but your determination to shift toward more empowering routines is inspiring. With each step, you’re not just upgrading habits but aligning them with your DMP, creating a future filled with purpose. I’m with you on this journey—let’s keep building those positive habits together!
