This week in the Master Key Experience (MKE), I’m diving into some hands-on techniques that push me further in shaping my mindset and keeping my focus sharp. Specifically, I’m working on SMART goals, incorporating shapes and colors into my daily routine, and building a dream board. Each of these methods serves a unique purpose in how I communicate with my subconscious mind.
SMART goals have been a game changer in defining my vision with clarity. Breaking down my big aspirations into Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals helps make my dreams seem reachable and concrete. Instead of just picturing an ideal future, SMART goals force me to think about how I’ll make it happen, step by step.
Shapes and colors are a whole new layer of communication with my subconscious. Each shape is connected to a specific goal, acting as a reminder of what I’m aiming for. When I see that shape throughout my day, it’s like a mental “ping” back to the goal it represents, keeping it alive in my mind. It’s fascinating how these small visual cues can trigger memories and reinforce focus.
Then, there’s the dream board – an ongoing creative project where I gather images of my ultimate vision. Seeing these images every day is powerful; it bombards my subconscious with the life I’m working to create. It’s like planting seeds of my future in my mind, letting them grow each time I look at it.
The challenge this week is to trust the process. I’m layering different techniques to impact my subconscious from every angle. It’s about moving past doubts and staying consistent with the activities. This isn’t a quick-fix approach – it’s about faith in the journey and commitment to the practices, trusting that these steps will eventually lead to the transformation I envision.
Great synopsis for week six and all up to now. Thanks for sharing, Nick!
Well done, Nick! I love your game plan here.
