Sometimes it feels like my mind and my emotions are playing tricks on me.

And as if that is not enough, it sometimes feels like my mind and my heart are in competition with each other.

And more than that, it is as if they are not even playing the same game! It is almost as if they have their own sets of rules!

Sometimes I agree with my mind…

Sometimes I agree with my heart…

Confusing, right!?

The good news is that I am starting to understand that I am neither my mind nor my heart or my emotions.

I am supposed to be the one in control of both my mind and my heart.

I am supposed to be the observer.

I am getting better at that, but boy is it difficult!

I have written out my DMP.

I have written out my press release.

I know what I want to do with my life, but I have all these mixed emotions and conflicting ideas.

I am aware that there are certain things, or should I rather say thoughts and emotions that I need to let go.

And do they bother me!

Most of the thoughts and emotions are linked to the past.

I don’t want to hold on to them anymore, but it feels like they are clinging to me!

Refusing to let me go!

From what I understand it is because they are in my subconscious mind!

I realize that they are not serving me, but it is what I know.

I guess that is why it is said that mental labor is the hardest labor.

Failure will not overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough!
