The MKE Week 5 lesson is really eye opening and the exercise to sit for 15 minutes and focus on a place that brings happy associations.

After 2 days of doing the exercise for the past 3 days I am so excited to use the same method to focus on my ideal future that is fully in my control to create. My happy place is being at Disneyland with my wife Valerie playing like children dreaming without restraint and my heart is so happy!

If you would like make a huge impact on your outlook in life can be transformed by doing the following exercise each day.

Find a quiet place and sit still
Focus you mind on a place you have been that has happy memories and feelings, smell the smells, feel the feelings, taste the foods, remember as much detail as possible.

This exercise may seem difficult at first but if you practice you will be able to shift your energy and inspire to you continue to dream.
