I have to admit, when I need to do something I think about it so much I get tired and nothing gets done. If I push myself to set my mind on a task, I will follow it through to completion. It feels good to get the weight of the thought out of my head. I need to celebrate completing a task so I will continue to get things done.
During the 4th MKE Webinar, it was noted most people quit at this stage. I have thought about it since it is requiring a lot of time and effort. I also thought about how staying the same would not be good. The following quote by Socrates hits home for me with developing healthy and fruitful habits.
“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” — Socrates
Fighting the old blueprint, creating new healthy habits is beneficial and healthy for me. I know things need to change and MKE is giving me the tools to change my life from within. I am grateful MKE found me at a point in my life where I know I need to change to be happy.

Congrats on crafting and sharing such a great bio, Jennifer! I love your consistent use of the butterfly. I also love that you say in this week’s blog: “I know things need to change and MKE is giving me the tools to change my life from within. I am grateful MKE found me at a point in my life where I know I need to change to be happy.” How wonderful to be in the best place at the best time. Cheering you on!
Yes, change is essential so that we don’t live in regret! I choose to live and not wait to die! Let’s leave a legacy, Jennifer!
