I am more energized when I wake up (even though I sleep in often)

Business anxiety is way low. I believe in myself and what I am doing, much more.

I have found that I am much calmer when someone “throws a wrench into the works”. I just pivot and move on. No angst, no anger, no problem!

I have been focusing on being a positive energy, sprinkling kindness all over the place, and the responses have been pretty amazing. Wow.

I am learning so much, not just from class, but from my friend that is taking this with me. Stephanie is pretty phenomenal. As Am I !!

The Silent Sit amazes me. It never seems like it is 15 minutes long! Go figure!

Kindness is like glitter. Sprinkle that all over the place!! Once it’s out there, it’s there for good!
