MKE Week 4 – Is Week 4 the Tipping Point?

In this fourth week of the MKE course, I begin to notice early shifts, slight positive effects that the repeated readings of Haanel and Mandino, the associative  index card exercises, the writing, re-writing and compressing of my personal DMP (incorporating two PPN’s and following the S.M.A.R.T. – indicators) as well as the daily sit have on my wandering mind. 

I start to notice that my often unfocused thought train can be halted or deviated. By feeding my consciousness and subconsciousness repeatedly a set of instructions, a deep insight, a cluster of symbols linking to specific content, I happen to notice early signs of an improved alertness towards the exterior world.

This can be caused by a process of rewiring my inner world, by being aware of the dynamic flow of giving and receiving, of the decision I made to become a fearless victor instead of a fearful victim, of closely observing the process that evolves from thought to promise to action to celebration.

And what is more relevant: it’s significantly less my emotions provoking a temporary belief, jumping to a conclusion, resulting in statements on certain matters and a certain behavior rather than the quiet mental power of controlled thought.

These are small achievements so far, but they show the potential of applying this process on more impactful decisions, which paves the road towards one’s intensely desired, visualized future and one’s future self, an identity who overcame multiple hindrances and obstacles to take back control in his or her life.  

“I can be what I will to be” breaks through the barriers of self-applied restrictions, often in place for a long time, due to emotional and environmental beliefs, making up for the routines of the mind. It is within this realm that negative thoughts are replaced by constructive, positive ones, as in the law of substitution does not allow for thinking two objects simultaneously.

If I am progressing at this level, there is plenty of reason to celebrate! Here is where the foundation is laid, on which I hope to build my desired future, as the person I want to become.

These are deep insights that help me through difficult moments.

Because I feel there is still a lot of work to do, I must be determined to carry on and let go of resistance, of the tricks that the ego plays, of the old blueprint that has left plenty burns, marks and grooves, but also prepare to not become completely overwhelmed by the daily readings and exercises of this course on top of every day’s schedule.

Try to find all the time you need to recalibrate, to rest and also to energize and prepare for another week with the MK experience. Because one thing is crystal clear: there is no going back to my life from before MKE and nothing will be the same. I have been impacted.
