What a concept that our emotions are chemically stored in our brain and are released when we crave them.

This week, I was exposed to some amazing ideas about reality, especially how our thoughts and experiences create our “neural net” that forms our “identity.” They form a network if repeated enough times with emotions.

So, it made me wonder if it can be programmed then what is truly possible if we put our conscious efforts into doing so.

It also made me realize why I was beginning to feel the changes in me because of all the exercises we have been doing so far.

It is a lot to think about…
