After reading Og’s second scroll, I go to the bathroom and look at the gal in the mirror. I discover that I love me differently, intensely, intimately, more authentically than ever.

Now, I do keep my promises… always…. This allows me to recognize that there is something grand and more powerful than the simple life I use to create for myself….

I go outside … and sit… I am grounding. Creating my connection with my beloved Mother Earth. I look around. I feel the magic in the rays of the sun that light up my day, hear the sound of the breeze as it whizzes by, ever so softly touching me.

I hear the chirping of the birds or even watch the excitement of my neighbors´ beloved pets. Can you feel it?

I see it in the beauty of the green grass, the colors and smells of flowers that fill my senses with their delicate aromas. I see it on the shores of the rivers, lakes or oceans or at the top of the majestic mountains in front of me. Can you feel it?

I watch the sweet and delighted expression of the child who has fun as he plays or when I listen to the sound of mom´s hearty laughter. It’s in the muse who inspires the dedicated artist or eternal lovers as they kiss. It´s in the music of the constellations. Can you feel it?

This is where love abides. These are all expressions of authentic love. A vibration so high that it reaches the innermost core of your being and heals. Its power radiates all around: my home, my country, this planet. It allows us all, if we tune in, to rise to the most high… It allows me to connect with an open heart to the exquisite gifts of love that abound everywhere.

So today, I turn away from the noise of the world. I step into the REAL world, the world within, the world of unconditional love. I cross the veil of my unconscious, dare to LOVE, even if I´m afraid, even if I’ve been betrayed, even if I don´t trust.

I will have no opinions and I forgive. F O R G I V E. Let go. Just let it go and begin to chant with “enthusiasm”, Haanel’s truth: “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy.”
