This really helped me Ahren. I’ve been feeling quite a substantial imbalance with the service load the MKE is requiring. I have certainly noticed that my social time, family time and work time has been neglected in favour of trying to fully embrace MKE. What I took from your post is that balance can come in ebbs and flows, rather than a constant baseline.
