Dear Reader, I`m writing here about my experience from my 9th week with the MKE and my on going life. I tried the mental diet and did fail so often…it is one of the hardest experience…oh boy!

My working field ( in a hospital with difficult patients plus difficult cirumstances) was not helpful to stay on a mental diet. But I know, it is just a reflection of my inner world, right now ! No one else to blame but me. I observed myself, I know what I did and said, but still I had to do it, it felt like a relieve. So sad. But I am not giving up, I know I can and will do better.

I love myself nonetheless and I am listening to my recorded DMP everyday during my workday to calm me down and to help my subby to remember who I want to be. I am thankful for the experience, maybe it is a sign from the Universe, that this job is no longer tolerable. Time or subby will tell. Much Love to you all.

  • I applaud your efforts to keep plugging away at this process. It seems there is so much good in Og’s second scroll about the mental attitude of love which is so transformative. Also this week the affirmation suggested in MK 9.24-25, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy” would seem to be really helpful whenever we need to let go of a negative thought. Affirm it also for others. As you observe yourself, look for your successes. Patiently and persistently work through the lessons and develop the habits. You can do this.
