Linda Jones MKE Week 1 – Better Late Than Never
Well, when you get started for the first time with something new, it’s always frightening and it’s always exciting at the same time. The fact that I spent four days in the hospital prior to the first webinar for this class, had nothing to do with the fact that I was late in submitting my first blog post.
As a teacher, I always expected students to get their assignments in on time and now as a student I expect nothing less from myself.
I do want to hold myself to a high standard, but sometimes I just am not able to complete everything on time and not knowing how to operate my phone or my iPad doesn’t help at all. So I have to go back to class for more than just one thing.
This class with the master key experience as well as reading from Og Mandino at first seemed overwhelming. But as I get into the rhythm of doing things in a certain way, i.e. forming a habit, it becomes easier to do and as Mandino says on page 56:
When an act becomes easy through constant repetition, it becomes a pleasure to perform, and if it is a pleasure to perform, it is man’s nature to perform it often. Og Mandino
I will be happy to perform things over and over again that are a pleasurable. Many things in the past have they become boring and dreary to do this however is a breath of fresh air.

Welcome Home, Linda! We Must Persist IF we want change!!
Well done, Linda. I like that last bit – a breath of fresh air. Nice!
