Like Mark, I’ve always been an excellent starter, but not so much at finishing. The things I have finished have certainly been worth it and I know MKE will be the same.
I’m grateful for the early morning reading session and sit. I had let myself out of that habit and it felt like coming home again these past few days.
Normally I’m a fast reader but I’ve had to slow down considerably to understand Haanel’s material. They are not completely new concepts, maybe just worded differently than I am used to. I felt less resistance with today’s reading compared to the beginning of this week.
The most challenging so far has been the nightly reads. As a white, I’m finding it a challenge to read the material out loud with FEELING. I’m working on using HEM and pretending that I am reading it as I used to read to my son when he was little.
On page 51 of The Greatest Salesman in the World, Scroll 1 starts with, “Today I begin a new life.”
No truer words have been said and I’m excited for this journey!

Tina, yes, it’s not easy but so worth the hard work of 6 months for the life changes that you will see. So I cheer you on to press on. Also Master Key System is not an easy read for sure but reading it over and over again definitely helps to understand and all those truths to seep into our subconscious mind. Enjoy the process!
I love how you’re reconnecting with your morning routine and approaching Haanel’s material with such intention—excited to see where this journey takes you!
We all need to allow ourselves gracious displays of enthusiasm out loud!! Lol!
