I cannot exactly remember where this saying is from, could be a Chinese proverb, might even be from Proverbs in The Bible, but apparently that is the formula for success.

The Master Key Experience is truly an amazing journey of self discovery and exploration. I went through and completed the course the first time back in 2015-2016.

I’ve enrolled in it a few times since then. Unfortunately I don’t think I have completed it once since the very first time. I lost count, but I think this may be the eighth time I’m doing it. I hope it is the eighth and the best time.

This blogging part of the course is absolutely brilliant. I have discovered that there is magic in pen and paper. Or even just by typing out your thoughts on a keyboard. It gives you perspective. It takes the repetitive thoughts out of your mind and creates space for new thoughts.

I read a book a few years ago about communication between men and women and one of the chapters was about writing a love letter with and about feelings. It explores our basic feelings of anger, sadness, fear, regret, and ends with love. I have used this love letter technique over the last few months to write about all kinds of emotional things and past emotional blocks and it has been very liberating.

I enjoy writing now more than ever before and I am very exited about embarking on the Master Key Experience once again. Looking forward to putting my thoughts and experience on paper on weekly basis to share with the world.
