I started this MKE journey with a bit of trepidation and angst. I guess some would call this fear, fear of something new, new ideas, new habits to try and instill the process we are beginning to learn in this course.
This is going to shake my old ideas and I might have to make some changes. God, that is scary! The readings have talked about developing GOOD habits to replace the old habits I have accumulated over the years.
I found myself this week starting to go on to one of my Facebook accounts (old habit) on my phone and started to peruse them… and then all of a sudden, my brain said to myself: “STOP. What are you doing?”
(A time waster) I thought, “Where did that come from?”
I guess that the readings are starting to have an effect on me already. I thought to myself, this is only the beginning, what wonders will be coming in the future??
Whew! This insight takes it way back to 2015 for me. Great blog!
