James the fact that you are here only speaks highly of your desire to succeed! You are not here by coincidence. The key for success is taking control of your life and that begins with a single thought. Think about how powerful that is, the very chair and computer and other objects in the room, were first brought into existence by a single thought! You have that power and you are about to learn how to use it! I’m excited to see how you grow!

James, I feel your pain because I have been where you are before. I was blessed to have a friend who allowed me to room with her and her husband. I lost my condo but I never gave up. I have been in my new home for 8 years so it hard going through what you are right now please know if you push yourself you will thank your future self later. If I can help please let me know. I have some honest people who deal in real estate who may be able to help. Just a thought! I will keep you in my prayers. James, you’re in the right place to bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. Do your ‘best’ effort daily. You know what that looks like. Remain open to change. Many graduates of this program got their results and then some. I encourage you to choose to do as instructed with faith that you will achieve your goals. After all, why not?
