Glad to be on the path with you Daren!

Hello Daren, congratulations for joining the tribe and getting your blogs started. Mark and now Davene said the key to motivate a Red is to compliment, compliment and then challenge them. I have had several of my people that I’m looking to join us or who are in already part of the tribe do color codes and who have identified as reds. Anyone that finishes is part of a small group of people (5% roughly) who answer the call of the hero’s journey. Congratulations, we need a strong, knowledgeable team leader like yourself who knows the language and who can duplicate/demonstrate the system to their team. I have some strong reds who will appreciate your leadership skills who, as you know, can make a huge positive impact on humanity, but we each have our own cement.
