I think that being on a mental diet is almost more exhausting than going on a physical diet. I was always taught that if you could not say something nice, don’t say anything at all.

But that doesn’t mean that the negative thoughts are not there. I am not sure which is harder, no negative thoughts or no thoughts at all.

The different ways that people learn make it interesting because we don’t all have the same modalities. I have a difficult time understanding what people say and I am glad to have the written word as well. I especially enjoy having the visuals. The more senses that you can involve in the learning process the better.
