This week has been a wild ride thru the mind!
Has it not?
When I went into the photo area to pick one I was hit with so much emotion with so many of the photos. One after another brought my mind alive with pictures of my movie poster in my mind its incredible!
At least for myself and I know for a lot of you it’s been an eye opener if not a mind blowing experience these last 6 weeks of reading and doing exercises to reprogram our
subconscious.
But I think this love yourself leads to so much more! Sure makes it seem effortless to serve others when you take away the negativity and replace it with positive and loving thoughts. It really works carrying around my pocket size movie poster in my shirt pocket, wallet and pants pocket!
Yes I do all of them I’m a RED !😉
